Radiofrequency coblation therapy is a controlled, non heat driven process which results in removal of target tissue with minimal damage to surround tissue.  This is designed specifically to treat inflammation within the tendons and fascia.  This technique may be performed minimally invasive or through the formal open wound.  It has been associated with quick return to daily activities allowing for significant improvement in patient outcomes.
